Private Label Lubricants Launch Your Own Brand

We formulate, blend, bottle and label lubricants under your brand at our ISO-certified plant in Hamriyah, UAE. API and ACEA certified, packed to your specification, ready for your market.

Your Brand, Our Plant

Building a lubricant brand does not require building a factory.

Private label manufacturing lets you put your name on a fully certified product without capital investment in blending equipment, laboratory facilities or filling lines. You bring the brand and the market. We handle formulation, production, packaging and export documentation.

For distributors, this turns a margin on someone else’s brand into a margin on your own. For workshop and service chains, it means a product line carrying your name. For anyone entering the lubricants market, it is the fastest route from idea to sellable stock.
Everything is produced at our facility in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah — an ISO-certified plant producing to API and ACEA specifications, with the free zone’s duty structure and port access working in your favour on landed cost.

What's Included

A private label programme with GPL covers the full path from specification to palletised finished goods.

Formulation

Use one of our proven API and ACEA certified formulations, or we develop to your performance target

Base oil and additives

Sourced and quality-controlled in-house

Blending

Produced to specification with batch testing and documentation

Packaging

Filled into your chosen pack format

Labelling

Your artwork applied and checked against destination market requirements

Certification

Technical Data Sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet and certificate of analysis issued per batch

Export documentation

Certificate of origin and destination-specific paperwork

Container loading

Palletised, loaded and shipped from Hamriyah

You approve a physical sample before any bulk production begins. Nothing goes to production on a specification sheet alone.

Minimum Order Quantities

This is the first question every private label buyer asks, so here is a straight answer about how it works.

Minimum order depends on two things: the product type and the pack format. A programme built around 208L drums reaches a workable minimum at a very different volume to one built around retail bottles, because the cost of filling, labelling and packing scales with the number of units rather than the number of litres.
Rather than quote a single figure that would be wrong for most enquiries, we would rather you told us three things — the products you want, the pack sizes you need, and the volume you can realistically move in your market. We will come back and tell you plainly whether it works, and if it doesn’t, what volume or pack format would.
If the honest answer is that your volume is too low for private label to make commercial sense yet, we will say so rather than take an order that leaves you with unsold stock.

If the product you want to launch isn’t listed, ask. Our custom formulation service exists for exactly that.

Packaging & Presentation

Product can be packed across the full range of formats — retail bottles for shelf sale, workshop packs for service centres, pails, 208L drums for industrial supply, and IBCs for high-volume consumption.

Pack format is a commercial decision as much as a practical one. Smaller packs cost more per litre to fill and label, but they reach retail buyers. Larger formats are cheaper per litre but need customers who can take them. Tell us the market you’re selling into, and we will advise which formats make sense — and which will quietly erode your margin.
Labelling is applied to your artwork, with carton and pallet configuration set for the route your product is taking. We check artwork against the labelling requirements of your destination market before production, because catching a compliance issue at the plant costs far less than catching it at the port.

How It Works

01

Brief

Tell us the product type, target performance grade, volume, pack formats and destination market.

02

Specification & Quotation

We confirm the formulation and issue a costed proposal covering production, packaging and export.

03

Artwork

You supply brand artwork. We confirm it fits the pack and meets destination labelling requirements.

04

Sample

A physical sample is produced to specification for your testing and written approval.

05

Production

Your batch is blended, tested, filled, labelled and palletised, with batch documentation issued.

06

Export

Documentation prepared, container loaded at Hamriyah, shipped to your port.

On timing: first programmes take longer than repeat orders. The two stages that usually set the pace are artwork approval and sample testing — and both are within your control. We confirm a production schedule at proposal stage once we know the volume and packaging.

Who Private Label Works For

If you’re unsure whether the volumes make sense for your market, tell us the market and we’ll give you a straight answer.

What Affects Your Cost

We don’t publish rates, because base oil is a traded commodity and any figure would be out of date within weeks. But these are the levers that actually move your cost, and understanding them will make your enquiry sharper:

Base oil group

full synthetic costs considerably more than mineral

Performance specification

higher API and ACEA grades require richer additive packages

Pack size

smaller packs mean more units, more labels and more filling time per litre

Order volume

larger runs spread setup cost and reduce cost per litre

Packaging complexity

shrink sleeve, custom moulds and multi-colour cartons all add cost

Destination

freight and documentation vary significantly by market

If you have a target retail price for your market, tell us. We can work backwards from it to a specification that leaves you a viable margin, which is a more useful conversation than starting from a product and hoping the numbers land.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order for private label?
It depends on the product and the pack format — drums reach a workable minimum at a very different volume to retail bottles. Send us your product list, pack sizes and target volume and we’ll confirm whether it works.
No. Most private label clients use our existing API and ACEA certified formulations. If you need something specific, our custom formulation service can develop it.
If you use a GPL formulation it remains ours, licensed for your production. If we develop a bespoke formulation for you, ownership is agreed in writing before development begins.
Standard pack formats are available immediately. Custom moulds are possible but carry tooling costs and a higher volume threshold, so they generally suit established brands rather than launches. We’ll advise once we know your volume.
You supply print-ready artwork and we apply it. We check it against your destination market’s labelling requirements before production and flag anything that would cause a problem on arrival.
Yes. Products are blended to API and ACEA specifications, with Technical Data Sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet and certificate of analysis supplied per batch. Your brand carries that certification.
Sample approval and artwork sign-off are usually the longest stages, and both move at your pace. Once those are settled we confirm a production and shipping schedule.
Yes, provided the first order meets the minimum for your chosen products and pack sizes. Many clients launch with one or two products and widen the range once the brand establishes itself.
Possibly — we export to more than 40 countries. Tell us your market and we’ll confirm what existing distribution there means for you.
Territory arrangements are discussed case by case and generally depend on volume commitment. Raise it at enquiry stage so it forms part of the proposal rather than an afterthought.
Certificate of analysis, Technical Data Sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet, certificate of origin, packing list and commercial invoice, plus any destination-specific certification required.
Yes. We work across standard Incoterms and can ship from Hamriyah or Jebel Ali. If you have your own freight forwarder we’ll load and document to their requirement instead.
