Gulf Pacific Lubricants fills and packages across the full range of formats from retail bottles through workshop pails to drums and IBCs at our facility in Hamriyah Free Zone. Product can be packed under your branding, palletised to your specification and loaded directly into a container on site.

This runs as part of a private label or toll blending programme, or as a standalone service if you have product that needs packing.

What pack sizes do you offer?

Retail bottles through workshop packs, pails, 208L drums and IBCs, plus bulk formats. Send us your market and volume and we will confirm what’s available and what makes commercial sense.

Can you apply my own labels?

Yes. Your artwork is applied to your chosen pack format. We check it against the labelling requirements of your destination market before production.

Do you supply the packaging, or do I?

We handle packaging supply as part of the service. If you have a specific pack or supplier requirement, tell us at quotation stage.

Can you pack product I've had blended elsewhere?

Yes — packaging and filling is available as a standalone service, subject to product specification and handling requirements.

How does pack size affect my cost?

Significantly. Smaller packs mean more units, labels and filling time per litre. Larger formats are cheaper per litre but need buyers who can take them. We can model the difference for your volume.

Do you palletise for container loading?

Yes. Pallet patterns are configured for container utilisation, and containers are loaded on site at Hamriyah.

Can one production run serve multiple markets?

Often, yes — through multi-market labelling. Tell us the destinations and we will confirm whether a single run is workable.

Do you check labelling compliance for export markets?

We flag labelling requirements we’re aware of for your destination. Final regulatory responsibility sits with you as the brand owner, but we would rather raise an issue before production than after.
