Export & Logistics

Lubricants and base oil shipped from Hamriyah Free Zone to more than 40 countries; documentation, container loading and freight handled end to end.

Exporting from a Free Zone Port

Manufacturing is straightforward. Getting product to a buyer in another country, with the right paperwork, on a predictable schedule, is where most supply relationships fail.
Gulf Pacific Lubricants exports to more than 40 countries from Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The free zone has on-site port infrastructure, with Jebel Ali accessible for global sailings, so product moves from our plant to a container without long inland transfers.
More importantly, we have done the documentation before. Every market has its own requirements, and discovering them at the destination port is expensive. We prepare consignments against what the destination actually asks for.

What We Handle

Why Hamriyah Is an Export Advantage

On-site port

Hamriyah Port sits inside the free zone. Fewer inland movements mean lower handling cost and fewer opportunities for delay.

Jebel Ali access

One of the world’s major transhipment hubs is within reach, opening up sailing frequency and routing options that a smaller port alone can’t offer.

Free zone duty treatment

Structured for re-export, which shows up directly in your landed cost.

Regional position

The UAE sits between Asian production and African, European and CIS demand. For many buyers, this is a shorter and more flexible route than sourcing from origin.

Base oil availability

The UAE is a significant base oil trading hub, which shortens the upstream supply chain feeding every shipment.

Markets We Ship To

We export to more than 40 countries, with established routes across:

Africa

South Asia

CIS and Central Asia

GCC and wider Middle East

Southeast Asia

If your market isn’t on this list, ask anyway. Adding a destination is usually a documentation question rather than a logistics one.

Documentation

Getting paperwork right is the difference between a container clearing and a container sitting. Standard documentation includes:

Where a destination requires additional certification, inspection or attestation, we identify it at quotation stage and build it into the process rather than discovering it later.

Who We Export For

Private label clients receiving their own branded product in market

Distributors and importers buying finished lubricants

Blenders and traders taking base oil in bulk

Contract manufacturing clients with ongoing scheduled shipments

Industrial buyers importing directly for their own consumption

Shipping Terms

We work across standard Incoterms, and the right one depends on how much of the chain you want to control and where your freight relationships already are.
If you have your own freight forwarder, we load and document to their requirement. If you would rather we handled the whole chain to your destination port, we can. Both are routine.
Tell us your preference at the enquiry stage, and we will quote accordingly.

Yes. Certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, MSDS, TDS, packing list and commercial invoice, plus any destination-specific certification required.
Yes. We load and document to their requirement. Equally, we can handle the full chain to your destination port.
We work across standard Incoterms. Tell us your preference at enquiry stage and we will quote accordingly.
Yes. Mixed consignments across product types and pack formats are routine, and often improve container utilisation.
Flexitank for most container-load volumes, ISO tank where dedicated tank integrity is required. We advise based on product, volume and route.
We flag certification and labelling requirements we’re aware of for your destination and build them into the process. Final regulatory responsibility sits with the importer, but we would rather raise an issue before loading than after.
It depends on destination and routing. We confirm expected transit at quotation stage, and Jebel Ali access generally gives better sailing frequency than a single-port operation.
