Lubricants for Construction & Mining

Hydraulic oils, diesel engine oils, gear oils and greases for equipment working in heat, dust and continuous load — manufactured at our Hamriyah Free Zone plant.

Equipment That Can't Afford to Stop

On a construction site or at a mine, an idle machine is not a maintenance issue. It is a delayed programme, an idle crew and, on a critical path, a contractual problem.
Construction and mining equipment operates in conditions that punish lubricants: sustained high ambient temperatures, constant airborne dust, heavy shock loading, and duty cycles that run for as long as there is daylight. Hydraulic systems, in particular, take the brunt of it, and hydraulic failure is one of the most common causes of unplanned downtime on-site.
Gulf Pacific Lubricants manufactures the full range of hydraulic oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, industrial and automotive gear oils, compressor oils and greases — at our ISO-certified plant in Hamriyah Free Zone.

What Site Conditions Do to Lubricants

Heat

Sustained high ambient temperature thins oil, accelerates oxidation and shortens effective service life. Hydraulic systems running hot lose film strength exactly when load is highest.

Dust ingress

Airborne particulate is abrasive. It contaminates oil, loads filters faster and scores hydraulic components and bearing surfaces. In a desert or quarry environment, this is continuous, not occasional.

Shock loading

Excavators, crushers and loaders subject gears and bearings to impact loads well beyond steady-state duty. Extreme pressure performance stops being a specification line and becomes the thing that prevents a failure.

Water and washdown

Equipment cleaning and seasonal exposure test a grease’s water resistance and a lubricant’s corrosion protection.

Remote operation

Sites are often far from a supply point. Product has to arrive in volumes that make sense and formats that can be handled without a workshop.
These are the conditions we formulate for, because they are the conditions our own market operates in.

How We Supply Sites

Drums

The workhorse format for site operations — enough volume to be economical, robust enough for site handling, and manageable without permanent bulk infrastructure.

IBCs

For higher-consumption items such as hydraulic oil, where drum handling becomes the bottleneck.

Bulk delivery

For established sites and depots with storage, road tanker delivery removes packaging cost entirely.

Pails and packs

For greases and lower-volume products used at the machine.

Consolidated consignments

Mixed loads across product types, so a remote site receives one delivery rather than several.

Who We Supply

Construction contractors and civil engineering firms
Plant hire and equipment rental companies
Quarrying and aggregate operations
Mining operators and contractors
Infrastructure and roadworks contractors
Distributors supplying construction and mining markets across Africa, South Asia and the CIS

The Real Cost of Under-Specifying

Hydraulic oil is one of the most commonly under-specified products on a site, usually because it is bought on price per litre.
The economics rarely support that. An unplanned hydraulic failure on an excavator costs the pump or motor, the labour, the contaminated system flush and the days the machine sits idle. Set against that, the difference in oil cost across a service interval is marginal.
The same applies to greases on pins and bushings, where inadequate water resistance or load-carrying capacity shows up as accelerated wear on components that are expensive and slow to replace.
We would rather discuss your equipment mix and operating conditions than quote against a viscosity grade alone.

Discuss Your Site Requirement

Tell us your equipment mix, site conditions and consumption. We’ll recommend a specification and set out the most practical supply format.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you supply hydraulic oil in bulk?
Yes — bulk by road tanker for sites with storage, and IBCs or drums where bulk handling isn’t practical.
Yes. We manufacture both automotive and industrial ranges in the same plant, so plant, trucks, generators and site compressors can all be covered by one supplier.
Our products are formulated for regional operating conditions, where sustained high ambient temperature is normal rather than exceptional. Tell us your equipment and duty cycle and we’ll recommend accordingly.
It depends on load, temperature and water exposure. Tell us the application and conditions and we’ll specify rather than guess.
Yes. Road delivery across the UAE and the wider GCC, and consolidated consignments so a site receives one delivery covering its full requirement.
Yes. We export to more than 40 countries, including established routes into African and South Asian mining and construction markets.
Yes. Private label manufacturing is available across the industrial and automotive range.
It depends on consumption and storage. Drums suit most sites; IBCs make sense for high-volume hydraulic oil; bulk works where there’s tank storage. We’ll advise based on your usage.
