Compressed air systems

Consolidating your Lubricant Supply
Most plants accumulate lubricant suppliers over time — one for hydraulics, another for greases, a third for whatever the compressor manufacturer originally specified. The result is multiple purchase orders, inconsistent documentation and a store room holding more product lines than the plant actually needs.
Because we manufacture the full industrial range in one facility, consolidation is usually possible: fewer suppliers, one set of batch documentation, and in many cases a shorter list of products covering the same equipment.
If you send us your current lubricant schedule, we’ll tell you where consolidation is genuinely possible and where a specification difference means it isn’t. We won’t recommend collapsing two products into one where the equipment requires both.
When Standard Products Aren't Enough
Some plants run equipment or processes that standard formulations weren’t designed for — unusual operating temperatures, extended drain requirements, or a specification an equipment manufacturer has set that no off-the-shelf product meets.
Our custom formulation service exists for exactly that. We develop against your defined performance targets, produce a sample for your testing, and manufacture it at scale once approved.
